- Agree to work in our Maintenance Portal
- Communicate timely through the Maintenance Portal
- Be able to coordinate appointment times with tenants and maintain scheduled appointments
- Complete approved work in a timely manner
- Maintain a high quality of work and respect at all times
- High quality photos required of before and after of all jobs
- Respectfully work in occupied homes
- Invoice jobs in a timely manner
- Be paid on a Net 15 day basis after job completion
- Provide proof of liability insurance and workers compensation coverage
