You may be wondering what is a RBP and how does it benefit me? The WILMOTH RBP solves multiple obligations of your lease along with several additional benefits you won’t want to miss. Our RBP combines all these terrific services and benefits into one package for a low monthly cost.
For residents that are applying and are approved to rent a property with an individual furnace, the monthly cost is $55/month. Below is a list of all benefits included in this monthly package:

Providing Renters Insurance is also an obligation of your lease. Not obtaining renters insurance for the required coverage levels will also result in a lease violation charge!

Did you know 15 days after you move in, pest control issues are at the tenant’s expense?

Regular furnace filter replacement is an obligation of your lease. A dirty furnace filter is a lease violation charge!

All WILMOTH Group Residents will be automatically enrolled into the applicable Resident Benefits Package. You do not need to do anything to obtain these benefits! Your account will be charged the applicable cost monthly and you will pay for the benefits with your rent. There is no option to opt out of this program.
