Referral Incentive

We offer a $150 AMEX Gift Card for every referral that signs a Property Management Agreement with WILMOTH Group.

For Realtors®:

WILMOTH Group guarantees that we will return the referred client to you when they decide to sell their home. We do not compete for sales listings — property management is our sole focus.

Referral Fee Details

The $150 AMEX Gift Card will be issued:

• When the referred client completes a WILMOTH Group Property Management Agreement
• If the property is not currently rented, once the home has been successfully leased

Realtors must submit a completed W9 for their brokerage to receive the referral incentive.
