WILMOTH Referral Network
In certain markets, WILMOTH Group services foreclosure listings but does not have selling agents. Interested buyers contact us for information on the listing, and we help them out. Sometimes they want to actually see the home and that leads to making an offer.
We need local sales agents to refer these buyers to! This can be a great way to supplement your income and grow your business. We just require that you are able to respond promptly to the buyer, serve their needs, and communicate with our Sales Coordinator as to the outcome. You will also be required to attend occassional trainings offered at one of our local offices. One more thing..joining our network is FREE!!
