We are currently looking to add 1-2 people as Field Agents in the Tampa and surrounding areas (including Polk County). We need the right person to start AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. There is no experience necessary and we will train you in the field.

As a Field Agent you don’t need a Real Estate license.  If you have a license, it could allow you to earn additional opportunities.  You would be responsible for going from property to property in your own vehicle doing a wide assortment of tasks. Examples of tasks are property inspections, postings, pictures, putting out and retrieving signs and lockboxes.  You will need a Digital camera that has date stamp capabilities and know how to use it to take small resolution photos. You also will need high speed internet access.  The ability to upload pictures in the field or while you are at the property is quicker and preferred. One of the most important parts of this job is the ability to make deadlines which are usually within 12 - 24 hours.

This opportunity will be as an Independent Contractor.  You will be tasked through our system with the expectation that within an hour you will accept or reject the task.  Task payments are accrued and  paid monthly for all the previous months tasks. Tasks average $20-25 dollars each. There is no gas allowance or mileage allowances as they are covered in the task payments.  Properties are located throughout the Tampa Bay metropolitan area.
