History of The Wilmoth Group
The Wilmoth Group focuses on providing creative local solutions for a variety of residential real estate needs. Our goal is to save our clients time and money by having a focused, dependable, proven, staff of professionals ready to serve their needs.
Founded in 1994, The Wilmoth Group is a privately-held real estate firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. The company is owned by Jennifer and Joel Wilmoth. Since it was originally founded, the company has offered alternative residential real estate solutions. The Wilmoth Group has solved 8000+ problems for our clients and is now averaging 700 closings a year.
The firm specializes in providing services to corporate and investment owners of residential real estate. Since 1996, Wilmoth has specialized in providing local brokerage management and marketing services to the default industry (REO). Today, the firm has local offices in Central Indiana and West, Southwest and Central Florida. These offices locally serve the needs of our corporate clients and the local investment community, with support services centralized in our Indianapolis headquarters.
Recognizing the importance of a team structure, our team has been built with an emphasis on shared values. Joel and Jennifer are family and community-oriented and have built the company with this priority in mind. We are constantly seeking people to join us that share our priorities.
