Founded in 1994, WILMOTH Group is a privately-held real estate firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana and Fort Myers, Florida. The company is owned by Jennifer and Joel Wilmoth. Since the beginning, we have focused on providing alternative residential real estate solutions to non-occupant owners. WILMOTH Group has solved 10,000+ problems for our clients. We now average approximately 350 homes under management and annual sales of 800 properties.

Joel and Jennifer Wilmoth believe and support giving back to our communities. We support various Housing programs in Central Indiana and West/Southwest Florida. Another passion for us are kids and WILMOTH Group sponsors a family every year during the holiday season to ensure their children are not forgotten. We also have supported area youth organizations for over 20 years. Joel is very active in a youth baseball program in Indiana.
